"Chicago" is a musical crime comedy-drama film released in 2002, directed by Rob Marshall and based on the 1975 Broadway musical of the same name by John Kander, Fred Ebb, and Bob Fosse. The film stars Renée Zellweger, Catherine Zeta-Jones, and Richard Gere in the lead roles, with supporting performances from John C. Reilly, Queen Latifah, and Christine Baranski.

Set in 1920s Chicago, the film tells the story of Roxie Hart (played by Renée Zellweger), a young and ambitious chorus girl who dreams of fame and fortune.
